Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, this is for both application or hair extensions maintenance. Cancellations made after 48 hours will come with a cancellation charge, this is 50% of your appointment.
Consultations are FREE however a minimum of £100 deposit is required if you wish to secure a date for your application. Please note deposits are non-refundable once made as stated on your consultation form.
Application is not able to take place if your hair is not freshly washed. As stated on your consultation form, you are to wash your hair the day of the night before your application with shampoo ONLY (detox the hair) prior to application in order for your hair extensions to not slide out. We do not offer “fitting only” we only work on supply and fit basis only.
Please note we can not fit your hair extensions or maintain your hair extensions if you are more then 30 minutes late for your appointment.
6-8 week maintenance agreement
As stated on your consultation form, your maintenance must be kept within 6-8 weeks (subject to method; the recommended time for your method is given at consultation). If this is not kept, a further fee will be charged to accommodate the extra time taken.
We dot not offer maintenances on other technicians’ work, we are not insured to do so. If you undertake a maintenance appointment on your Tress Up Hair extensions at another salon, your contract with us is then void. This is again, due to insurance purposes.
